Low impact exercise routines performed in a controllable heat environment while lying in the supine position on a vibratory bed in the Cocoon 4 Life Wellness POD.
FitPOD incorporates 4 leading exercise concepts: European vibration calisthenic exercises, isometric strength exercises, dynamic hyperthermic stretching & flexibility exercises (Yoga & Pilates), and heat conditioning cardio fitness aerobic exercises.
The HYPERTHERMIC CONDITIONING PROCESS is the perfect tool to tone & sculpt your body while enhancing your current workout. Exercising and strength training on the FitPOD is a great way to increase calorie burn and lose weight, build muscle and increase energy.
Increasing body core temperature for short periods offers dramatic improvements to your athletic performance.*
HC induces adaptations in your body which boosts endurance and increases energy.*
HC is an all Natural Performance Enhancing System.
HC benefits include increased plasma volume and blood flow to your heart and muscles (which increase athletic endurance).*
HC also increases muscle mass due to greater levels of heat-shock proteins and significant increased levels of human growth hormone.*

FitPOD Exercise Instruction Manual with Photos and Description of Recommended H.I.I.T Exercises
In the FitPOD's H.I.I.T. protocols, individuals perform intense resistance band exercises with intermittent brief periods of recovery.
H.I.I.T. Exercises are alternated between the large muscles of the upper body & the lower body to enhance aerobic and metabolic benefits.
H.I.I.T. exercises should be quickly performed for 30 seconds in rapid succession with an intensity of 8 on a discomfort scale of 1 to 10.
7 MINUTES-TWICE THE BENEFITS IN HALF THE TIME
A few minutes of training at an intense capacity produces molecular
muscle changes comparable to several hours of running or bike riding.
